I'm getting excited, the snow is melting and we even have decent temperatures. We even cleaned the cars yesterday!
I'm thinking by the end of the week I can rake the leaves and do some other Fall chores. I saw one article that said just not to rake the leaves, that they are great cover for insects and small animals. The only problem I have with that is that they are hard to clean up when Spring comes. I'll just put them in the garden and everything can take cover there. They are great for nitrogen and I need that.
Now I got those random thoughts out of my system, here is the menu for this week:
Monday Leftover Lasagna (it was made with zucchini harvested from the garden)
Tuesday Smoked sausage w/sauerkraut, mashed potatoes, and green beans
Wednesday Grilled chicken on George Foreman (I'll make enough for Thursday's meal) and a big salad
Thursday Chicken Fajitas
Friday Leftovers
Saturday Out to eat
Sunday Ham and cheese omelets with hashbrowns
What will be on your dinner table this week?
