Man with home school stuff going on this week I'm getting back into this menu planning right now!  I can't be flying by the seat of my pants any longer.  So here it goes:

Image may contain: food

Monday          Zucchini Lasagna  (I'm using this monster zucchini I found in the garden for the noodles- we have already ate the monster cuke)

Tuesday         BLT's and hash browns

Wednesday    Hot dogs and Fries

Thursday        Cheeseburgers and a salad

Friday             Pork Chops, tomatoes, cucumbers, mashed potatoes, and green beans if we have enough in the garden.

Breakfasts will be oatmeal x2, scrambled eggs with cheese, fried bologna, and chocolate toast.

Lunches are usually get it yourself like a salad, soup, vienna sausages, pickled bologna,  or sandwich.

Ok, since it's been awhile since I've got with it enough to meal plan, I'm asking for grace on Saturday and Sunday.  I'll  work harder next week!

I hear you! Without menus we eat junk and too much run to fast food trips. Happy first week of school!

Yes we would be so bad if I didn't menu plan out the week! Have a great day Lana!

Hope you and the grandkids have a good week.
Your meals sound good. What is chocolate toast?

Vickie @Vickie's Kitchen and Garden said...

Thanks Kathy I watched a YouTube video (Quaint hiusewife) and she made it with butter spread on toast then sprinkled with baking cocoa and sugar. It was very good this morning ..I used trivia for the sweetner and low calorie bread from Aldi.

Oh yum!
I've made cinnamon toast before, but will try chocolate toast. Thanks!

I'm still flying by the seat of my pants. I won't have my grandson for at least another week so I'm going to paint my bathroom....here's hoping I get it done!

And thankfully, my son tested negative for covid so we can all breath again.

Oh that's such good news! Answered prayers for sure Jenny!
Hope you get that bathroom done in time. Painting is hard work.
