Free Kindle Books for Today 5/7/21 and a Couple of our Favorite New To Us Youtube Channels!

When we finally collapse and refuse to do anything else we relax by watching youtube.  Lately, We found some very interesting new (to us) channels that we love watch.

Our newest one is Country Life Vlog.  Oh my goodness, I want their sheep, their little cute dog, chickens, and the little hobbit house.  I can't imagine cooking like she does but it's mesmerizing to watch. That knife she uses ..well let's just say, I wouldn't have any fingers left.  I'm waiting for my invitation to dine at her table.

Mary's Nest is another one of my favorites.  She is so informative and I love her voice.  I can actually go to sleep listening to her which of course that leaves me with knowing only part of the knowledge she shares.

Do you have any new youtube channels you love?  How's it going in your neck of the woods?

Hi Vickie-During covid we watched alot of Positano Diaries on youtube. It's about family life in Italy. So interesting-so many steps!! You can watch Positano Diaries A Year In Our Lives to get an idea. Food, Gardening, Travel what more could you want!
We will watch your suggestions-thank you!

I watch youtube also. I dont really like cable much. I like that Scrap & Pallet man you pointed out awhile back. I had not seen him before you mentioned him. I like Jeri Landers Hopalong Hollow for her gardens & crafts. I watch quilting videos, and for decorating The Blue Fly. That lady makes all kinds of pretty displays in her home, mostly from Hobby Lobby and home decor shops. I also like all kinds of metal detecting channels because it is something I like to do. I watch homesteading things sometimes also.
Hope you have a wonderful Mother's Day. You need a grandma day for all you do!
I will check out both those channels you mentioned. Thanks.

The country life vlog looks really fun. I wonder where they're located? Eastern Europe maybe?

I agree...Mary's voice is so sweet. Wouldn't she be fun to spend time with.

It's a slow day here. I've been horizontal all day. The 2nd covid shot has completely wiped me out.

Oh I Love both of those channels! I've been busy checking them out. I love the homesteading channels too. Husbands likes to watch them till their garden or repair their machines.
Have a wonderful Mothers Day too!

Plant Abundance is another great gatden one your husband may like. I have also started watching No Dig Gardening, it is all based on compost which I don't have right now but I like the idea of not having to dig the soil!

Vickie. You do not have to oublish this comment butI wanted to clarify my comment about Plant Abundance channel. I had not seen his latest video when I wrote that. He does have terrific gardening advice. As far as his religious view I did not see that coming. I believe he was correct in most of what he saud but to me there were a few things that were just plain wrong in what he said propetically. I do not want to promote what I think are untruths and I dont want to misuse your blovg and stir up anything controversial at all. There is too much of that going on everywhere these days. So I apologize if I came out with something I should not have. Please disregard it. Thanks.

You know it said once on one of their videos where they were located but I've not found it since. I know they are hard workers.

Mary could be a friend.

Hope you feel better today and I'm glad it's over with for you. Rest easy.

It's fine Annie. Sometimes we don't know until later. Sounds like he has some great info on gardening otherwise. If we could just skip the parts we don't like and listen to the ones we do all would be ok. I think extensive research anymore is very important though for everyone, Biblical and otherwise.
I had actually watched one of his videos before about using coffee grounds in your garden. This vlog though seemed to come out of the blue.
