I think it's time for another week of not going out to eat for us. It worked out well two weeks ago in spite of all the spur of the moment things that cropped up. So I'll give it another go and it will give us a few more dollars in our budget. In order to make no eating out week work, I just need to remember easy meals that husband can help with if needed and make sure to include the leftover day!
Our menu for this week:
Monday Homemade Big Mac Hamburger for us (no bun) and hamburgers for the grandchildren with the Idahoan Fries I bought at Dollar General
Tuesday Roast w/vegetables (we didn't have this last week so I'm thawing it out today)
Wednesday Beef Stew made with leftover roast (I make it just like Hamburger stew but we won't have potatoes)
Friday Just fried Pork chops and spaghetti salad made with spaghetti squash noodles.
Saturday Spaghetti w/spaghetti squash noodles
Sunday Fried chicken and sides (we have determined that Sunday's now will be our cheat day and we will have a good ole Sunday dinner)
