I haven't always been blessed with being able to be a full time homemaker but the times I have, I've always looked for small ways I could still contribute to the family income. Oh, I know all the work we do is beyond measure but contributing just feels so good. Now let me be clear, we can't do it all nor does our family expect us to. The multiple streams of income I've listed are things you can do that really don't take up to too much of your time and energy. Your family needs you!
Multiple Streams of Income for Stay at Home Homemakers:
1. Enter the county fair. If you cook, craft, can, sew, or grow you can enter them all in the fair!
It's very easy to do just make sure to keep back you best looking canning jar or when you sew or crochet something make an extra. There so many ways to enter and if you win there are usually prizes attached to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. I have also gotten free passes for my family to attend the fair just for entering.
2. Enter cooking contests, Are there any great cooking contests in your area? Be brave and enter, the least you will get is a great day out with your family. Some do have entry fees. I just entered one that had an entry fee of $5.00 that goes to charity. If I don't win then at least I donated to charity! A win win!
4. Do surveys, watch videos, or shop to earn points to receive things for free (Recyclebank, Swagbucks, and Aarp).
5. Enter blog contests (cash, products, getaways) With just entering here and there this year I've won gift cards, trips to the zoo and museum, and a coupon for free ice cream.
What do you do to earn a little cash when you are able to stay at home full time?
