Blueberries were on sale at Aldi's for 1.19a pint! We stocked up and put them in the freezer this past week. The only thing is, I didn't leave enough out. This is all that was left to put in my yogurt this morning. They were that good I guess!
Kroger:
We spent most of our grocery money at Aldi's this week but last night I realized what great deals Kroger's Friday/Saturday were. So I went into Kroger with blinders on. Yep, I just bought those deals.
I bought
5 Capri Sun Juice drinks (Hidden -great for road trips) -.99 each
5 Hillshire Farm Lunchmeats -$1.99 each
1 Gogurt -.99 each
3 bags of Chips Ahoy cookies .99 each (also hidden)
Total $18.86!

My shopping went OK. But I’m sad my local Aldi is so much higher than they used to be. I have been finding Walmart has better deals on dairy and staples.
I did great Couponing at CVS and Walgreens
Fresh blueberries sound yummy. The season is past here so the sales are gone. I sure would like to have a Kroger in my town! We just bought the essentials and did chase any deals but those weeks are nice sometimes.
I love blueberries! I put them on my cereal and also, grab handfuls of blueberries for snacks.
They are so good, Melissa! I hope we can find another deal next week.
Those blueberries were delicious Lana. You know it's been a long time since I went to Kroger. Their deals have not been what I've been looking for I guess. I'm glad they are there though because sales come and go. I know a lot of people just have a Walmart so I'm thankful we have a chose. Now if CVS would just come closer I would be all set!
