My to do list:

My to do list is a mile long but I got some of it completed yesterday.  I actually wrote it all down while waiting on granddaughter at the dentist.  Yes, I went to the dentist even though I cancelled mine.  I was right in the room with her too because I make her braver she said.  Ha ha, if only she knew I chickened out on mine because of Covid.  The things we will do for our grandchildren.

They were all great and I felt very safe. I'll make an appointment again soon with mine.

So here is my list so far (it keeps getting longer)

-Call about the fridge (making a awful freezer noise)

-Can more green beans (after we pick them tomorrow)

-Help daughter plant cherry bushes (yep we found these at Bordine's Nursery).   I thought about buying some myself but instead I'll just pick hers.

-Take daughter's leftover dirt and dump in raised bed

-Plant some Mum's at Mom and Dad's grave

-Can tomatoes

-Book Review (today)

-Get another winner for the book giveaway last week (check your email please seek and find)

Tell me about your neck of the woods!

Hope your grand daughter got along ok at the dentist. Glad she had her Grandma to help her be brave.
Sounds like you have already accomplished a lot on your list. Flowers for the parents' graves is a hard one though, isn't it. I still miss mine every day.

We got some happy news today. My son, after almost 10 years of working nights...is going to days! It will make our family time so much easier to schedule & his family's lives so much easier. He'll work Sunday through Wed. 10 to 12 hours depending on orders. They don't like overtime so mostly it will be 4 10 hour days.

That means no more 5AMs...no more getting up at 4:30 & driving into town to sit & wait for 2 hours. We're so happy.

It will be a few weeks at least, maybe a month or so before he can go.

And, my daughter-in-law is trying to get her hours changed from a 5AM start to a 7AM start. Since they're adding new crews & schedules her boss asked if she'd like to change too. She asked for 7 to 3 so that's when we'll be babysitting if it goes through. If not, it will be 6 to 2:30. Neither is all that bad compared to what we've been doing for the past almost 3 yrs.

Kathy that's a hard one for sure. It rained again when I could go maybe tomorrow. I miss mine a lot too. I finally after 5 years have quit thinking I should call her. I called her a couple of times every day.
