Free Kindle Books for Today 4/26/21 Plus Sunday Chores!

 Sunday Outdoor Chores

Things seem to get done in little increments around here.   I  eventually get it all done but there are a lot of projects that need to be completed.  If it's cold -I race out there, do a little something, and run back in to warm up.   I did manage to spread mulch around two trees yesterday.

Not a clear picture but I replanted my cabbages growing in the greenhouse to bigger pots.  I have a lot of cabbage plants.

I found these peat pots for hardly nothing at a garage sale and I've also made a lot of newspaper pots.

Unfortunately, the door was blown open last night to the greenhouse.  It's cold in there (28 degrees). I wonder how much will make it now.  We will see later this morning.

I also cleaned out the chicken coop and put away the heated chicken waterer till next year.

Your tree is pretty, and your yard looks freshly mowed. I always enjoy the first mowing, but not the rest. Hope your cabbages and plants make it ok. I think we are supposed to have warm temps this week, so I hope I can get some stuff done.
Have a great week.

Husband waited as long as he could to mow because he said once you start you never get to stop till Fall. LOL It's 40 today Kathy..80 tomorrow. Crazy weather!

Just a hint - I keep a small rod from the corner of my greenhouse to the sliding door - to keep it from blowing open. They sure do that. Hope you don't lose anything.

Thank you Cheryl! Such a good tip...I'll try to figure out something for my green house like that.
