”My Review:
The movie, Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters, is so true to life it's uncanny. Although the circumstances where different, things like this happened in my family as I was growing up and now our family. As the children grow up you begin to realize that suddenly you are no longer in control of their lives. Oh, you can guide them, help them, and love them but's it's so hard trust God and let them go to pursue their own dreams.
I really loved the characters of Maria and David, Oz's parents. They were the calm in the storm because they too had went through things with their daughters. They supported Abbey's parents with love and without judgement.
It was also kind of neat also to learn that both sets of parents in the movie are also married in real life.
Based on book written by Dr. Meg Meeker, Strong Fathers, Strong Daughters has many Godly life lessons where in this movie for the Dad and the girls and was very entertaining. It's definitely a movie that you will enjoy with the family and will talk about around the dinner table.
