My Frugal Ways this Past Week 10/22/22!

I decieded to change the title to this post because it seems that I can post it on Friday one week then Saturday the next.   So now I don't feel too bad if I'm late.  LOL

I don't know how it is in your neck of the woods but here in Michigan one day it's winter and the next day we get a little taste of Fall back.  Today it's suppossed to be around 70 but last week it was snowing and cold.

The garden is completely gone now except for some of the herbs and mustard greens.  I think I will harvest them today.

We did manage to find 3 rummage sales yesterday.  I bought granddaughter some barbies for $1.00 a piece because she doesn't have enough 😀.  I also found her a winter jacket and a blouse.

We have been getting a lot of eggs so I have been preserving eggs -pickled eggs and water glassed.   I water-glassed last year and they turned out great.  I use my old washed canning lids on my waterglassed jars.  This year I decided to use quart jars instead of a large jar to make them more managable for me.

How did you do saving money this past week?

We are chilling at the lake house for two weeks so we really not in frugal mode but the weather is just nuts here, too.
