This recipe for Italian Dressing Marinade for Chicken always amazes me. It's unbelievable how something so simple can make chicken taste so good!
We are grilling people here at our house. As long as it's pretty weather we will grill out at least once a week. We try to put as much as we can on the grill so we will have dinner for a few days.
This chicken is always included!
Soon, very soon, it will no longer be pretty weather. No, we don't grill in the snow. Yes, I have been tempted! This recipe, thank goodness, also will taste just a great in the oven or on your indoor grill. There is just one problem...you won't get those wonderful grill marks!
Italian Dressing Marinade for Chicken
1 cup of Italian dressing
4 thin Boneless Skinless chicken breasts
Place chicken breasts with the chicken in a ziploc bag and place it in the refrigerator. You may want to place it on a plate or in a bowl in case of leakage. Let marinade for 20 to 30 minutes. Drain marinade and grill chicken until done.
Note: Just add more Italian dressing if you have more chicken or if it is thicker.
