I started making this menu plan last night and couldn't think of a thing I wanted to make for dinners this week. We had made our all day trip up north and back on Saturday. Then on Sunday I did my Saturday house cleaning schedule. I was tired and really I couldn't imagine making dinner! I actually thought about a too tired to make dinner week. Yep, that sounded wonderful.
Well, I knew that would not work, so I gave it up last night and decided to get some sleep in to give me a better attitude. Worked great and now I'm all ready to go! It's amazing what a little rest will do for you.
Monday Baked chicken, peas, and mashed potatoes
Tuesday Chicken and dumplings (using leftover chicken)
Wednesday Out to eat
Thursday Spaghetti and garlic bread
Friday Leftovers
Saturday BLT's, hashbrowns
Sunday Country style ribs, Baked potato, and baked beans
Tip: Don't attempt to make the menu plan when your tired!
