Cat Bed made from an old sweater -Vickie's Kitchen and Garden

Made a bed for out cat out of a old sweater.   He has yet to sleep in it but it's available when he wants to. 😺

Finnish Meat pies made with left over roast -Vickie's Kitchen and Garden

I made sure to use up the leftovers in different dishes.  A big roast was made then turned in to a stew.  The next day the stew was drained and then used for the filling in Finnish Meat pies.

We bought our gift cards at Kroger and received 4x the fuel rewards.   That helped us get .40 off a gallon when we went to fill up.

On Friday I downloaded a coupon for Free cake mix from  Kroger's Merry Days

My goals for next week:

In and around the Home:

I have missed a few posts this last couple of weeks.  So I want to get back to posting what has been happening in our home this week.  Here are a few pictures to help me play catch up:

Here is a picture of me and the grand baby at the historical village we visited.   She refused to look at the camera the train was more important.

Here is me and the wonderful grandson making cookies yesterday.  Yes that is an apron with chickens on it!  I'm a very messy cook.   I need an apron for a boy too because he is just like Grandma!

So I need to clean the house this morning after our cookie making party yesterday!

Help clean youngest daughter's room (didn't get to it last week).

Clean the refrigerator.

Have a date night with the husband.

What ways have you saved this past Week?
