We just can't stay away from Aldi's. We have went over to the other side of town now twice. As busy as it is, I think a lot of other people are doing the same. I believe they will be done with our remodeling in a another couple of weeks. I hope everything is going to schedule!
I started off the miser this week with buying just a few things at Meijer. In my mind I was hoping to avoid buying any groceries really, but things started to escalate! When then went up north and stopped by the cheese factory. So cheap there so we always make sure we stop. Then we went on to the Northwoods Outlet store and bought more food. You have to get the good deals while you can! Wish we lived a bit closer to both of them.
If you have never read my grocery totals before here is a little Information:
I want to keep our grocery budget at $100.00. I always forget to clarify how many people live here permanently and who we have her to babysit. We have 3 people that live here (youngest daughter buys some of her groceries) and we babysit two grandchildren (although now they will be in school most days).
We also want to eat healthy so our grocery bill is a little higher than we are used to. Like my husband says, "our health is our wealth."
