I'm went out to the freezer this morning and got that turkey that I bought on sale last Thanksgiving. Whew, that takes a load off my mind of what to have for dinner this week. Turkey leftovers are the best!
I hope to clear out the freezer soon. It needs defrosting as soon as I do. After looking at how much is in there, that should be around April. Then we can proceed with filling it back up!
Monday Cheeseburgers and a salad
Tuesday Hot dogs with chili sauce
Wednesday Leftovers
Thursday Turkey, mashed potatoes, gravy, stuffing, and rolls
Friday Leftovers- we usually like to do an open faced sandwich plate
Saturday Turkey noodle soup
Sunday Turkey Pot Pie

Sounds like a great menu for cold weather!
nothing LOL... Hubby is eating leftovers I have shoved in the freezer the last few weeks in 1 serving sizes and I am eating what ever Son 2 can eat since he is having nose surgery and can't be left alone for 2 days. I Will probably sick and tire of pizza because that's his go to when he is down
Yes they say we will get a break with wArmer weather than winter makes a comeback. Hope it's warm where you are.
Oh so sorry to hear about your sons surgery. Good idea about leaving leftovers for your husband.
