School

Remote learning school is going pretty well.  He (grandson) is loving it and loves coming to my house too!  I'm pretty sure I've helped with Math wrong and I hope the teacher doesn't hate me when he goes back to school.  I'm trying to remedy any wrongs this week (to the best of my limited knowledge).  Remember that teachers, no hating the parents/grandparents, we did the best we could.

He actually goes back next week two days ..little granddaughter has been back for about 3 weeks now for two days.  Not sure about this people...our cases are on the rise and this totally worries me.  We are having around 1500 cases a day in Michigan, sometimes more.  We were down to 600..then it went crazy.

All I can do is pray for the safety of the students and staff.

How's it going in your neck of the woods?

Hope the grands will enjoy being back in school. Praying everyone stays safe and well.
Our cases are increasing again too, and covid hospitalizations have increased.

I am not following numbers. I haven't heard anything about more restrictions here thankfully. I did notice a headline saying fewer deaths even though numbers are high...I took it to mean that they're better able to control the virus & actually help people heal.

My husband's boss & his wife both had it. His boss is back to work. Most of the people I know who've had it have recovered....I still do not want to get it though!

I got my flu shot this morning. Have the ac on now. The house is a wreck but my grandson has been really good. So glad things are going well with your grandkids.

Sounds and looks like we are all up in the United States and around the world. Scary business

Hi Vickie-Cases in our little county in Northern Wisconsin are skyrocketing within the last two weeks. Scary stuff. I'm 66 and in good health. but know there are no guarantees that if you get this it will be a mild case. So we stay home alot. And if we go out always mask and social distance and go quickly in & out of grocery store-it been so weird. Just had 6 inches of snow here so we weren't going out anyway!! Be safe all.

Since we are both retired we don't hear as much about people being sick. I have had a couple of people I know from the past die from covid. So sad

My house is a wreck too but I'm going to leave it..ha ha!

We did a grocery pick up this week but just now we went to Menards so we are staying out of the stores at least 50% so far.
I saw that the u.p. Had a good snow and that it blew in from Wisconsin. brr. Supposed to be 70 here tomorrow then down hill again.
You know what kept me happy was going outside when the virus was real bad...I'm not sure how I'll get along now. I'll have to manage somehow.
