My Menu Plan for this Week 9/23/19!

Just like that, in a blink of an eye, it's Fall today.  The air is cool with a nice breeze and I'm feeling more like cooking soups already! You know we didn't really have a summer till July so we were blessed this year with most of September.  I'm glad it worked out that way.  Is it cooler yet where you are?

Here is what I plan to put on the table this week:

Monday                    Chicken roll ups from a cookbook I downloaded last week, green beans, and a salad.

Tuesday                    Chicken Parmesan (from the same cookbook) and spaghetti squash noodles

Wednesday               Leftovers

Thursday                  Hamburger stew  made with fresh tomatoes and green beans from the garden

Friday                      Hamburgers with a low carb bun I found this morning at Meijer's (Sola).  Although I don't really like the bread they make,  I decided to try the buns ($3.99 for 4).

Saturday                  Low carb pizza (everyone loves this)

Sunday                    Omelettes for dinner with fried apples (we haven't done this in so long)

What do you have planned for the table this week?

Yes it's cooler here...yeah! I'm home alone today & putting up my fall decor. I've really pared down on it but I still have alot. Though I'll save my front porch for a few more weeks....it's still too hot here for fall plants just yet.

I've streamlined our menu this summer. We eat a salad every day with whatever meat I feel like cooking...or leftover meat. It's almost no planning this way & so much easier.

That's a great idea Jenny. Less work the better!
It's definitely a fall day here but not too cold. I have planted the mums a couple of weeks ago and we have a small pumpkin. I should do more. I bet your house will be so pretty when it's done.
